I entered the wrong shipping address; can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible; we may be able to help. However, we cannot make any promises, as all items are typically processed immediately after ordering and shipped the same day or within a few days. Once your order has already entered the shipping process, we will be unable to stop it.

We are not responsible if you enter an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system processes orders automatically and follows the information you provide.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged to cover restocking fees and any charges levied by credit card companies.
