RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return & Exchange Policy – HAYA
1. General Terms
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to HAYA’s Return & Exchange Policy.
- Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, oud, personal care), opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unopened and in original condition.
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
📌 Approved returns:
- Only the product price will be refunded.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours, only for unopened products.
- The customer is responsible for delivery fees (both ways).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Or the wrong product
You must:
- Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos
📌 In this case:
- HAYA will cover all costs
- Free replacement or full refund will be provided
5. Order Refusal
- If the customer refuses delivery:
- Delivery fees will not be refunded
- Repeated refusals may result in account restriction
6. Disclaimer
- Fragrance preferences vary from person to person. Disliking a scent is not a valid reason for return after opening.
- HAYA is not responsible for misuse after delivery.
7. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or as agreed.

2. Returns
Return requests are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is unopened and in its original condition (fully packaged).
- The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
📌 If the return is approved:
- Only the product value will be refunded.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable (as it is a service that has been rendered).
3. Exchanges
- Products can be exchanged within 48 hours, provided they are unopened.
- The customer is responsible for the delivery fees related to the exchange process (both ways).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Or a product different from your order
You must:
- Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos

- HAYA will bear full responsibility
- And the product will be replaced or returned without any fees to the customer
5. Order Refusal
- If delivery is refused upon arrival:
- Delivery fees will not be refunded
- And the account may be blocked if this is repeated
6. Disclaimer
- Fragrance preferences vary from person to person, so disliking a scent is not a sufficient reason for return after opening the product.
- HAYA is not responsible for any misuse of the product after receipt.
7. Refund Method
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method or as agreed upon.
